Join women's health expert Sonia for a practical guide to understanding the three official trimesters of pregnancy and assisting mothers in their postnatal recovery, commonly known as the 'fourth trimester'.
Participants will gain insights into guidelines, repertoire applications, and, importantly, how to tailor programming to maintain women in the best condition while aligning with their pregnancy and birthing experiences.
